Position Summary Responsible for managing trade investment claims and accounts receivable, including cash application, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient processes. Responsibilities This position is based in Malaysia, report to SSC TIAR Manager. Monitor and prepare Trade Investment claims from ReadSoft, HighRadius, e-TI, email, etc. Process in eCondition. Update and close the ReadSoft transactions (iscala markets) and close the resolutions in Highradius (SAP markets). Proper filing of claims. Generate bank statements and process cash application in iScala/ Monitor cash application through HIghRadius for SAP markets. Perform daily ageing review to clear all claims with correspondence credit notes, refund, etc. Including contra related to products return, etc. Liaise with in market AR team, Commercial and Finance on Trade Investment and Accounts Receivable matters. Generate and send statement of accounts to customers. Participate in any regulatory and ad-hoc matters (external and internal audits, tax audits etc.) as required. Proactively participate in the sharing of new/ innovative practices that enhances efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate and work with the teams. What we are looking for Diploma or Degree in Accounting or part qualification in ACCA / CPA / CIMA. Fresh graduate to one-year relevant working experience. Working experience in shared service environment is an added advantage. Proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Come join us!
