Description
Transfer Pricing Analysts work on a variety of assignments, supports the transfer pricing team in analyzing and documenting intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations. The role involves assisting with benchmarking studies, preparing transfer pricing reports, conducting financial and economic analyses, and researching international tax/transfer pricing developments. Interns also help with data and collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information, gaining practical experience in global transfer pricing compliance and financial analysis.   The successful candidate, after the internship period, might be offered a permanent Analyst position.   Our Valuation Services practice prepares objective valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. Navigating Responsibilities:   * Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and international regulations (OECD guidelines).  * Support the team in benchmarking studies, financial analysis, and data collection.  * Help with Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), 232 Form and and related compliance tasks.  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for intercompany transactions.  * Conduct research on tax regulations and transfer pricing developments.  * Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and tax audits.   The Ideal Candidate   * Studied business administration / economics, finance and or law have recently passed your diploma / bachelor / master with excellence * Excellent English (written and spoken) and you are very familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).   * Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities * Experience working with diverse teams * Attention to detail and willingness to learn.   What We Offer * Exposure to international tax and transfer pricing projects. * Mentorship and training from experienced professionals. * A collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to develop technical and soft skills for a career in tax advisory or finance.   About Kroll   In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.
