The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Analyst supports the development of business cases and aggregation of data for the Transformation Management Office related to project budgets, business outcomes, and financial impact. This role requires a background in finance and business analysis to ensure accurate and insightful reporting that drives strategic decision-making. You’ll get the chance to drive transformative initiatives across all of Stanley’s global business units and functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in or supporting a Transformation Management Office (TMO) or similar strategic function.

Responsibilities
  • Aggregate and analyze data related to project budgets, business outcomes, and financial impact to support strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the performance and ROI of transformation efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform prioritization, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Partner with project managers and finance teams to build and validate business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful realization of expected benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather accurate and timely data and facilitate decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness and progress of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies within the Transformation Management Office and recommend actionable solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Balance multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while adapting to evolving business needs and emerging opportunities.
