JOB DESCRIPTION:
Trillium Health Partners is seeking a talented Analyst to join the Strategy Office – Strategy Management & Major Projects Integration. Analysts within Strategy will work collaboratively to support exciting, transformative initiatives, processes and best practices across THP, designed to achieve the goals identified in the hospital’s strategic plan. This includes enabling strategy management and corporate planning to support organizational effectiveness and also enabling success on strategic projects at THP, including our new Hospital Information System, Clinical Services Plan, Health Hubs and Master Plan redevelopment, through integrated delivery. The Analyst works closely with senior leaders, project leads and cross-functional departments to enable coordination, communication and controls in both the management of the annual business planning processes and delivery of projects of various size and scope. The ideal candidate exemplifies a commitment to Trillium Health Partners’ vision, mission and values and demonstrates dedication to a patient-centered approach to delivering quality hospital care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideal candidates must have an undergraduate degree in business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline required.
- Masters degree in public, business administration, or healthcare administration or equivalent experience considered an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment working with complex and dynamic teams.
- Strong understanding of the hospital’s strategic plan
- Experience with project management as well as corporate level planning
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and effectively communicate data
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong writing and PowerPoint design skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft suite skills is a must
- Travel among the 3 main sites of Trillium Health Partners will be required
- Satisfactory performance and attendance required

Responsibilities:
- Support corporate strategy development, planning and the development and coordination related to the annual business plan cycle and the major projects;
- Participate in integrated cross-functional teams to provide enhanced understanding of business issues through strategy-focused operational intelligence, analysis and facilitation for both the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Support strategic plan performance and status reporting to all levels of the organization;
- Participate in the execution and lead specific elements of key strategic projects;
- Support the development of in-house project management knowledge and best practices;
- Participate in the creation and delivery of innovative presentations and proposals to all levels of the organization including senior management, Board of Directors and external audiences;
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood; and
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including regional, provincial and/or private sector partners to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
