Responsibilities Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems Create and manage user accounts and access Perform Office 365 and network administration Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training Office 365 Administration Microsoft Office Experience Active Directory Experience Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience Networking – Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Experience Preferred Mobile Device Management Experience AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Strong knowledge of IT support practices, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
