Overview:
LMI is seeking a User Success and Product Management Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user needs are effectively integrated into the development process for a technology-driven supply chain risk management capability supporting the Department of Defense. This is a Hybrid position, offering a combination of telework and on-site work.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Logistics and Supply Chain clients, prospective clients, and other enterprise stakeholders to document and ensure access to applications and systems
  • Manage and solicit feedback by users and prospective users to create and update:

    • User groups and personas to organize key questions for application development
  • Workflows to understand how key questions can or should be answered
  • Use human-centered design best practices to create wireframes to guide application development
  • Familiarity with Figma or other software for whiteboarding and documenting general user interface requirements
  • Assist with day-to-day planning and road-mapping to steer application development milestones to address user needs and general project requirements
  • Desire to work cross-functionally with application developers, data professionals, data scientists, and other logistics subject matter experts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in application design, user experience, software development, digital design, or business process management
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, change management, design strategy, system design, or system testing
  • Understanding of supply chain or supply chain risk management concepts
  • Experience with:

    • Agile-based development
  • Change management
  • JIRA or project management software
  • Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and eager to work or lead in a team environment
  • Active DoD Secret clearance, or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
    Targeted Salary Range: $55,000 - $94,000
