Navigating Responsibilities As an Analyst, you will work closely with your project team to conduct valuation analyses for public and private companies across diverse industries. Your core tasks will include: Engaging with clients to collect relevant data and insights Developing sophisticated financial models in Excel (e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, option pricing method) Conducting in-depth research on capital markets, industries, competitors, and target companies Presenting findings and analytical insights to your project team Preparing detailed valuation reports that drive strategic decision-making Additionally, you will contribute to: Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations, and publications for current and prospective clients Developing innovative analysis tools to enhance valuation methodologies The Ideal Candidate We are seeking talented candidates who possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset Keen attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to producing high-quality work A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minor in Accounting or Finance), or an MBA from an accredited university Relevant practical experience through internships or extracurricular engagements Proficiency in English (written and spoken), in Dutch is a pre Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Make sure to add a motivation letter and your most recent grade list to your job application.
