What's the role? We're looking for a curious, data-driven Voice of Customer Analyst who loves turning customer insight into meaningful action. Someone who is energised by solving problems, influencing decisions and driving better customer outcomes. What you’ll do: ● Strategic insights & storytelling: Integrate survey data with digital analytics and other datasets to generate clear, actionable insights and narratives that influence product, service and experience decisions across the organisation. ● Data collection & reporting: Collect, manage and analyse structured and unstructured customer feedback across different touchpoints to uncover trends, pain points and opportunities. ● Voice of Customer program support: Support the day-to-day management of the program, balancing operational excellence with strategic programme evolution. ● CX platform management: Manage, monitor and optimise data workflows , including feed integrations, data enrichment processes to ensure data quality and accessibility. ● Champion customer-led thinking: Embed Voice of Customer metrics (NPS, customer satisfaction, customer sentiment) and research insights into everyday decision making to drive incremental CX improvements. Who are you? ● A customer obsessed analyst with strong quantitative capability, and a passion for delivering measurable CX uplift. ● Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with experience in data manipulation, trend identification, delivering insight-led storytelling and presentations. ● Technical capability in SQL or similar query languages plus hands-on experience with CX platforms (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics), research tools (e.g. Q software, Displayr) or UX testing environments. ● 2-4 years experience in analytics, research, CX or data driven roles. Responsibilities
