Join a high-impact group shaping investment governance through disciplined analytics and automation.   As an Analyst in Quantitative Investment Analytics & Advisory (QIAA) within Wealth Management Solutions, you drive the due diligence program by delivering rigorous, decision-ready analytics and governance outputs. You maintain a systematic screening framework while improving the accuracy, scalability, and controls of recurring deliverables. You partner with stakeholders to surface insights, investigate exceptions, and enable timely governance decisions.   Job responsibilities * Maintain and enhance the in-house fund quantitative screening model, including data validation, factor/signal maintenance, threshold calibration, methodology documentation, and change control to ensure alignment with investment governance standards * Generate and review periodic screening outputs investigate anomalies or breaks in methodology, and escalate material findings to senior stakeholders for governance action * Own the creation, maintenance, and timely delivery of Investment Council materials and internal governance outputs, including research packs, governance presentations, factsheets, performance and peer reports, and custom diagnostics * Translate investment and operational data into decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including clear summaries of drivers, risks, and exceptions * Maintain strong QA/QC controls across all recurring deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, auditability, and versioning * Set up, automate, and manage analytical tools and platforms to enable scalable reporting, diagnostics, and repeatable workflows * Drive process improvements by identifying workflow gaps, implementing automation/standardization, strengthening controls, and reducing turnaround time and error rates * Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines by coordinating inputs, tracking dependencies, and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment * Partner with cross-functional teams to address ad hoc requests, investigate issues, implement action plans, and track outcomes   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 2+ years of experience in investment analytics, investment operations, performance reporting, manager research support, due diligence support, or a related analytical role * Strong quantitative and data skills: ability to manipulate, validate, reconcile, and synthesize large datasets into accurate outputs and insights * Familiarity with core investment, portfolio management and risk analytics concepts (e.g., performance vs benchmark/peers, risk and drawdown behavior, consistency metrics) and ability to explain results clearly * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously * Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering across teams to drive outcomes * High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution   Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Working knowledge of scripting/analytics tools such as Python or R for automation, data checks, and repeatable analysis * Database knowledge, including ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries * Experience using data provider tools like Morningstar or Bloomberg JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
