JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Master Data Management, the Sr. Associate Master Data Management Analyst assures the quality, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of the Master
Data information by ensuring the creation and maintenance of the data follows established processes. Their responsibility is to process all Master Data requests and activities across all business units.
Performing business process analyses, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to help streamline the procedures is expected in this role. This role requires interactions with internal and external stakeholders from various business units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Administration, Data Management, or business experience equivalence.

Personal Development and Soft Skills

  • Bilingualism (English and French) in writing and speaking
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Excellent partnering skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various levels of management and employees.

Technical Skills

  • Experience in the fields of data management, analysis, and query creation a strong
  • asset
  • Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and replenishment systems an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project and Visio).
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset)

Responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Master Data Management Operations

  • Act as the main point of contact for all requests for creation or modification of Master Data.
  • Create and maintain Master Data in MDM systems.
  • Input & Maintain information related to Material Master.
  • Create, analyze, and act upon various validation reports to ensure control of the Master Data.
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and validate relevant Master Data information and communicates the required standards and processes, assuring data quality and integrity.
  • Communicate to applicable business partners any relevant information received from internal or external stakeholders.
  • Ensure system information quality, decisions repository and its content accuracy.
  • Report supplier non-compliance or any inefficiencies related to item, pricing & promo pricing information
  • Solve technical problems by establishing a diagnosis or, where applicable, working with applicable IT Support Team to reach a resolution.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain relevant business knowledge of Master Data processes, MDM systems and business requirements.
  • Solve technical problems by establishing a diagnosis or, where applicable, working with applicable IT Support Team to reach a resolution.
