JOB DESCRIPTION:

Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste en solution d’affaire expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de projet dédiée au remplacement du système de Gestion des Éléments de Sûreté (GES). Ce rôle central sera le pilier de l’aspect fonctionnel des différentes solutions mises en œuvre, agissant comme le point de contact privilégié entre les diverses parties prenantes du projet. L’analyste fonctionnel assurera la cohérence, la conformité et la qualité des solutions, tout en facilitant la communication et la collaboration entre les équipes.
Les solutions du GES comprennent : La gestion des identités et des droits d’Clientès, l’attribution des éléments de sûreté, la gestion des cartes et des véhicules, la gestion des permis AVOP et des infractions, la gestion de la formation et des rendez-vous, la gestion du portail partenaire incluant les formulaire et workflow et la gestion et l’orchestration des intégrations avec l’écosystème.

Compétences :

  • Excellente compréhension des capabilités nécessaire à la Gestion des Éléments de Sureté (GES).
  • Bonne compréhension et maîtrise des systèmes et processus actuels du GES.
  • Être en mesure d’évaluer des options qui répond aux besoins fonctionnels ainsi qu’identifier les risques inhérents.
  • Être en mesure de proposer des solutions qui conviennent à notre contexte et notre écosystème.
  • Une connaissance approfondie des systèmes de contrôle d’Clientès pour un environnement hautement sécurisé est requise.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Specialist to join our project team dedicated to replacing the Security Elements Management System (SEMS). This key role will be the cornerstone of the functional aspect of various implemented solutions, acting as the primary point of contact between different project stakeholders. The functional analyst will ensure the coherence, compliance, and quality of the solutions while facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
The SEMS solutions include: Identity and access rights management, security item allocation, card and vehicle management, AVOP permits and infraction management, training and appointment scheduling, partner portal management (including forms and workflows), and the management and orchestration of integrations within the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1. Functional Expertise in SEMS
Act as the functional expert in the Security Elements Management System, guiding stakeholders through requirements, rules, and processes
Translate functional requirements into clear specifications for solution providers and serve as the main functional point of contact
Contribute to the planning and execution of functional implementation activities
2. Compliance and Solution Integrity
Ensure consistent and optimal functional configuration of solutions by analyzing options and recommending best practices
Guarantee process and data compliance and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to functional requirements and user expectations (response times, UI, usability)
Ensure scalability and harmonization of configurations across different system components
3. Quality and Testing
Collaborate in defining the testing strategy and participate in organizing and executing functional, integrated, and acceptance testing
Prepare and validate data for various test phases
Develop test cases, coordinate test execution, and track issue resolution
Prioritize functional, integrated, and acceptance testing execution and bug resolution, including multi-solution issues
4. Data Migration
Participate in the data migration strategy and contribute to organizing and executing migration activities
Validate data integrity and compliance during different migration phases, including satellite systems
5. Go-Live and Support
Contribute to the go-live strategy and help organize and execute system changeover activities
Provide thorough and complete documentation
Ensure solution handover to operations and support teams, and provide post-deployment support for a defined period
6. Inter-Team Collaboration and Support
Participate in the design and validation of customer journeys, business processes, and training/change management activities
Collaborate with integration development teams by validating requirements, preparing data, and verifying results
Provide support to infrastructure, security, and other domain teams
