The Agile Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the development teams in Montreal, New York, and other global locations. The role involves implementing Agile practices and championing product strategies to enhance product delivery and performance.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Specialist
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deliverables
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Understanding of product financials, TCO, and cost recovery models

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in global project environments
  • Knowledge of market trends and user experience improvements
  • Familiarity with financial aspects of product management
  • Ability to influence cross-discipline teams
  • Experience with client-facing presentations

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and generate business requirements documents, including Agile user stories and proof of concept models
  • Facilitate Squad meetings with a focus on solutions, customer needs, and business value
  • Serve as a part-time Scrum Master
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for products
  • Monitor and drive improvement and overall health of products
  • Partner with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Engineering teams on delivery strategy
  • Gather intelligence on product performance and market trends
  • Create and present client-facing product collateral
  • Manage vendor contracts and product financials
