JOB SUMMARY

Balcan Innovations Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the St-Leonard office. The Business Analyst will assist in bringing change to the organization through the analysis, research and implementation of new software and technology.

• Able to manage multiple company responsibilities
• Knowledge of Change Management Principles

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of solid BA experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French) due to our colleagues based in the US
• Experience with business software solutions such as Financial Accounting, CRM, ERP, WMS, TMS.
• University degree or equivalent education and experience
• Industry experience in manufacturing (an asset)
• Epicor Knowledge (an asset)

• Conduct interviews to gain an understanding of the work being done, and the methods used within the organization
• Document business processes, and create process diagrams to communicate the processes
• Gather, organize, and communicate the software requirements within the organization
• Determine the solutions to issues, and constraints imposed by the business, or other systems
• Analyze the needs and requirements to help the business to meet its objectives and goals
• Assist in the creation of business cases to propose solutions to possible issues, and justify investments in new software solutions
• Conduct Analysis and training workshops
• Facilitate the deployment of new software solutions within the organization
• Provide system support to the business
