Nous recherchons un Analyste d’affaires senior expérimenté dans le domaine de l’assurance, capable de travailler dans un environnement bilingue (français et anglais). Le candidat idéal possédera une solide compréhension des processus métiers du secteur de l’assurance et jouera un rôle clé dans l’analyse, la documentation et l’amélioration des processus opérationnels.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst experienced in the insurance field, capable of working in a bilingual environment (French and English). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance industry business processes and will play a key role in analyzing, documenting and improving business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business needs.
- Define and recommend solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Write functional and technical specifications in French and English.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.
- Liaise between sales teams and technical teams to ensure a good understanding of requirements.
- Participate in user testing (UAT) phases and monitor anomalies and required improvements.
- Contribute to the implementation of new solutions and support change for users.
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
