En tant qu’Analyste d’Affaires Senior, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le succès de l’entreprise en collaborant avec les parties prenantes pour définir les besoins métier et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles exploitables. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur l’amélioration des processus, le développement de produits et l’optimisation des services grâce à une prise de décision basée sur les données.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

PREFERABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
  • Exposure to cross-functional project teams and stakeholder management.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
    The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Design and create wireframes to visually represent user interfaces and workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmark performance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
