Nous recherchons un analyste de données qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal aura une expertise en PowerBI, en intelligence artificielle (IA) et en gouvernance des données.
Relevant du directeur des systèmes d’information, ce rôle consiste à soutenir les processus de prise de décision à tous les niveaux de l’organisation en fournissant des ensembles de données fiables dérivés des bases de données d’entreprise disponibles.
Le rôle nécessite à la fois des compétences analytiques et un solide bagage technique afin de tirer parti de l’évolution des technologies impliquées. Dans ce contexte, le candidat maintiendra un ensemble de rapports PowerBI et les adaptera en continu aux exigences des parties prenantes. Le candidat dirigera également l’introduction de solutions d’IA dans l’organisation en évaluant les besoins des différents départements et en aidant à la sélection des solutions les plus appropriées.
De plus, en collaboration avec les analystes programmeurs du département informatique, le candidat contribuera à l’administration des systèmes de gestion documentaire à l’échelle de l’entreprise, en termes de taxonomie, de classification, d’optimisation du stockage et de conformité aux exigences.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND STIMULATING CHALLENGES:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerBI, AI, and data governance.
Reporting to the director of Information Systems, this role involves supporting the decision-making processes at all levels of the organization by providing reliable data sets derived from the available enterprise databases.
The role requires both analytic skills and a strong technical background in order to leverage the evolution of the technologies involved. In this context, the candidate will maintain a set of PowerBI reports and continuously adapt them to the requirements of the stakeholders.
The candidate will also lead the introduction of AI solutions in the organization by evaluating the needs of the different departments and helping in the selection of the most appropriate solutions.
Additionally, in collaboration with the programmer analysts of the IT department, the candidate will contribute to the administration of the enterprise-wide document management systems, in term of taxonomy, classification, storage optimization and conformity requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Experience with ERP, CRM and issue tracking software (e.g. Business Central, Dynamics365, Jira/Confluence)
• Required knowledge : Proven proficiency in PowerBI and experience with AI technologies. Knowledge of data manipulation languages (e.g SQL) Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Proficiency in requirement gathering and requirement management, as well as project management techniques.
• Language abilities: French required. Knowledge of English is an asset for reading technical literature available only in English.
• Required skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, ability to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders Leadership, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Flexibility to adapt to changing organization needs and project requirements.
