L’Analyste de la qualité de l’eau travaillera au sein de l’équipe de service technique de DuBois pour fournir des programmes de traitement de l’eau et de produits chimiques industriels à notre base de clients diversifiée. Fournisseurs de services dédiés et passionnés, nos analystes de la qualité de l’eau sont axés sur la fourniture de hauts niveaux de service, la réduction des coûts d’exploitation de nos clients et le dépassement constant des attentes des clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expérience de travail dans le service à la clientèle et/ou la vente préférée.
  • L’exposition à des environnements industriels est préférée.
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de construire des relations avec les clients et les partenaires internes de l’organisation.
  • Compétences organisationnelles efficaces et attention aux détails.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage.
  • Permis de conduire valide.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in customer service and/or sales preferred.
  • Exposure to working in industrial environments is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners within the organization.
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Post Secondary Education in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial applications.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining chemical program quality at customer sites within the program’s control limits.
  • Proper chemical dosage of all program constituents.
  • Proper mechanical operation of all chemical dosing systems.
  • Proper calibration and operation of all automated chemical parameter control systems.
  • Proper mechanical operation of all water conditioning equipment.
  • Maintain sufficient client inventory through order placement and re-order notification .
  • Timely completion of the Monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-Annual client site program audit, comprising of recording and responding to variances in water or fluid samples test results obtained via portable lab, recording inventory and initiating reorders where necessary, directly or through customers’ order process.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting resulting from non-conformances in results.
  • Identify and implement solutions to help our clients’ chemical programs operate at the lowest possible life cycle cost and proactively maintain them there.
  • Maintain a customer service attitude as required to maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
