Vous contribuerez activement à des initiatives clés en lien avec l’évaluation des postes, la gestion des structures salariales et le développement d’outils RH. Ce poste, ouvert au télétravail, s’adresse à un professionnel orienté données, capable de naviguer dans un environnement bilingue et multisite.

ANALYSTE DE LA RÉMUNÉRATION / COMPENSATION ANALYST

We are seeking an analytical expert to support compensation-related projects for a 10-month contract. In this role, you will actively contribute to key initiatives such as job evaluation, salary structure management, and the development of HR tools. This position is open to full-time remote work and is ideal for a data-driven professional comfortable operating in a bilingual, multi-site environment.

• Participate in job evaluation committees and ensure consistency in classifications.
• Coordinate job evaluation activities and maintain standardized job title nomenclature.
• Consolidate, analyze, and validate salary and bonus data.
• Maintain the job architecture and ensure internal salary scales are up to date.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare required reports.
• Support compensation-related projects and contribute to the development of internal tools and training resources.
