ANALYSTE DE PRODUIT (TRANSFORMATION NUMÉRIQUE) / PRODUCT ANALYST (DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION)

Belle opportunité dans le secteur minier pour un analyste stratégique et à l’aise avec les technologies, possédant de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en planification des ventes et opérations (S&OP), ainsi qu’une solide expertise en chaîne d’approvisionnement, planification de la demande et transformation numérique. Ce poste hybride (3 jours au bureau) implique de la gestion de produit, des interactions avec les parties prenantes et une collaboration active avec des équipes internationales.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to optimize digital platforms and business applications.
  • Use systems resources and data analysis to support management’s pursuit of performance improvements.
  • Review and assess methods, schedules, systems, and procedures to recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Identify and propose business solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.
  • Present alternative solutions to senior leadership based on organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with customers, digital leadership, and multiple delivery squads to set digital product direction.
  • Own and manage product development initiatives with internal teams or third-party vendors.
  • Monitor delivery progress across scope, budget, timelines, risks, and capacity.
  • Serve as the key digital contact for business unit stakeholders, understanding their priorities and functional needs.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder engagement to discuss current projects and future initiatives.
  • Work with IT and engineering teams to guide technical designs, including cybersecurity, data architecture, and systems integration.
