ACHIEVEMENTS AND STIMULATING CHALLENGES:

We are looking for a qualified Continuous Integration Analyst to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Reporting to the DevOps team leader within the Information Systems department, the candidate will interact with OPAL-RT’s development teams to identify opportunities for CI/CD process improvements, help resolve incidents encountered with pipelines, produce training guides for developers.
He will work closely with DevOps team specialists and developers to implement identified improvements.

In charge of pipeline monitoring, he/she will produce regular performance and stability reports, as well as analyses of incidents encountered and proposed improvements, which he/she will communicate to stakeholders.

• Pipeline monitoring and stability :
• Monitor and analyze ongoing integration and deployment pipelines to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Monitor pipeline performance indicators, providing regular analysis to the relevant teams.
• Internal customer satisfaction :
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal users to ensure their satisfaction and the continuous improvement of CI/CD processes.
• Communicate clearly and regularly to internal customers the status of pipelines, current incidents and planned improvements.
• CI incident management :
• Coordinate a rapid response to pipeline incidents (MACTT).
• Document recurring problems, analyze trends and propose concrete improvement actions.
• Continuous improvement and documentation :
• Identify opportunities to optimize pipeline efficiency and reliability through data analysis and user feedback. (Optimization of build and test times, etc.)
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and user guides for CI/CD pipelines.
• Reporting and communication :
• Provide regular pipeline stability reports and analysis summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Skills required: Good command of the Python language, as well as Groovy.
• Experience: Proven experience with Jenkins and Git in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines. Experience with the Grafana stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.). Language skills: French required, excellent written and spoken skills. English required for interaction with other internal teams.
• Skills required: Excellent communication skills and ability to provide effective day-to-day support to development teams. Proactivity in resolving continuous integration needs.
