REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, business intelligence, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, or operational or digital transformation.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and project management principles.
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, data analysis, and their practical applications in business.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders and levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization, and lead workshops.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Autonomy, initiative, rigor, and attention to detail.

Support process owners in improving, digitizing, and automating their processes.
Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and optimization, particularly through the use of AI tools and approaches.
Perform advanced data analysis to support recommendations (including predictive modeling or machine learning where relevant).
Facilitate co-creation workshops and process mapping sessions (AS-IS/TO-BE).
Document target processes, gaps, and user needs, with a focus on operational pain points.
Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business intelligence teams to align digital solutions and AI tools with business needs.
Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI technologies (e.g., intelligent automation, NLP, predictive models, etc.).
Contribute to change management, communication plans, and user training.
Monitor technological innovations, continuous improvement practices, and AI use cases.
Track the results of initiatives using dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
Participate in the management of projects related to continuous improvement, including monitoring, coordination, and documentation.
