Notre client, un détaillant de premier plan, recherche un analyste financier expérimenté possédant de solides compétences en matière de chiffres, d’analyse, de budgétisation, de prévision et de suivi de la rentabilité. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui aime travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction afin d’améliorer les résultats financiers.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Certificat en comptabilité, licence en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe (le titre de CPA en cours d’obtention est un atout)
• 3 ans d’expérience en analyse financière (dans le secteur de la vente au détail/en gros ou dans l’industrie des produits)
• Maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de modélisation financière
• Solides capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication

Our client, a leading retailer, is seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with strong expertise in numbers, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with management to drive financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounting certificate, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA designation in progress is an asset).
• 3 years of financial analysis experience (retail/wholesale or product-based industry preferred).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly financial results.
• Monitor sales, margins, operating costs, cash flow, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Support annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and senior management to track performance and identify risks/opportunities.
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and ensure financial accuracy.
