Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO LGI HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a position requiring the analysis and interpretation of HR data;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, human resources or related fields;
  • Extensive experience with HRIS (HiBob would be an asset);
  • Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS), SmartRecruiters would be an asset;
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Ability to interpret complex data;
  • Experience in IT project management, and improvement implementation;
  • Proficiency in database management tools and data analysis software (eg. Excel, Power BI, Access);
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
  • Excellent ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders including IT and Finance;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Concern for integrity and confidentiality;
  • Recognised for being agile, proactive, and curious in problem-solving and consultancy;
  • Effective in managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
