DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company
• Extensive knowledge of manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in essential QA tools and technologies, including API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to proactively and creatively solve problems
• Self-aware and committed to excellence, constantly seeking ways to improve and develop

• Writing test plans: Understand the features the team is working on and write a proper test plan that will be used to test the feature and validate that everything is working correctly.
• Testing products: Test our products and determine if there are any unintended issues or incorrect behavior of the functionalities.
• Bug reporting: Communicate any issues detected by creating bugs in the task management tool with a clear description of the features, products and environments involved, including the steps to reproduce it.
