Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solutions Analyst, you will guide customers through the successful implementation of LIDD’s partner logistics solution for warehouse orchestration and execution. You’ll bridge the gap between operations and technology by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting deployments of advanced warehouse and automation platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Translate operational needs into functional and technical specifications for WMS and automation solutions
  • Configure and maintain solution modules for orchestration, execution, and system integration
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and validate system behavior against business processes
  • Analyze issues in real-time, coordinate with technical teams, and drive resolution
  • Document solutions, workflows, and configurations for customer handoff
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer users and internal teams
  • Monitor platform performance during go-live and stabilization
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required
