Job Description The Customer Success team is searching for an analyst with a consultant mindset. The Analytical Insights Associate’s main focus is to create high level of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes. You will cooperate with the leading FMCG manufacturers and support their business from operational to strategic levels. The Analytical Insights Associate is responsible for executing specific client support-related activities including consultancy, analytic insights, client-focused data support, resolution and triage plus contract & order-to-invoice execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with day to day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, NielsenIQ services and broader industry Delivering final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue-based) building a story and final recommendations Own reporting, including report maintenance, business issue analysis and solution integration Build effective relationship with client representatives Working closely with the Account Development, Client Operations and Customer Support to transform customer experience Build and maintain relationships with other client support teams to ensure quality and timely service levels are exceeded Work closely with Data Science and other business units to ensure all work is connected to client business issues and is delivered according to established timelines and in a way that contributes to driving client outcomes Owning end-to-end process of in-scope solutions QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience Strong Business English and Hungarian knowledge (must have) Good communication skills Strong analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage complex issues/client related projects Ability to influence internal stakeholders until resolution Proactivity and passion Interest in the FMCG industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experienced in NielsenIQ data usage/understanding (nice to have) Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment #LI-PF1 #LI-Hybrid Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
