Ensure that data processing and production meet established quality standards. Oversee operational data flows to guarantee error‑free information related to sales, metadata, and catalog for the publishing market. Collaborate with internal teams (support, operations, revenue, contracts) to resolve data or system issues. Build market reports following clearly defined guidelines and manage delivery schedules. Manage user access, onboarding, and basic training for BookScan or other internal platforms. Maintain professional communication with operational and technical client contacts across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Contribute to quantitative, data‑driven tasks within the editorial ecosystem (publishers, bookstores, distributors). Qualifications Data analyst is required. Previous experience in customer service or operational, service‑oriented roles. Advanced English for written communication and issue resolution. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with or willingness to learn Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, AWS, business intelligence standards). Ability to work with databases, validate data quality, and ensure process accuracy. Highly organized, reliable, detail‑oriented, and responsible when handling sensitive information. Able to work independently while proactively proposing solutions. Comfortable interacting with non‑managerial, operational, and technical profiles (bookstores, data providers, support teams). Interested in mid‑ to long‑term growth within a quantitative and remote work environment.
