As a Category Associate, your expertise will crucially support the growth and stability of our product portfolio. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a vibrant cross-functional team, driving innovation and ensuring excellence in everything we develop. Accountable and responsible for the day to day execution of analytical and support related tasks relating to the Local Heroes category team workload or Analytical laboratory, as defined by the Local Heroes team Associate (D Grade), Senior Associate or Analytical Laboratory Manager/Deputy. You will be working with brands such as Naldecon, Delsym, Mucinex & Strepsils across various teams Globally which will include the EU, Latam and the US.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project and non-project activities to ensure the continued success of the Reckitt product portfolio.
  • Manage the preparation of technical documentation for regulatory submissions in healthcare categories.
  • Ensure timely and standard-compliant execution of project milestones.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Support the wider R & D Operations department with audit preparations and maintenance activities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and efficiency within the team.
  • To ensure that relevant data is checked, approved, recorded and available for inspection in accordance with Good Manufacturing & Good Laboratory Practices.
  • To understand and follow all necessary Health & Safety systems and ensure that all work is consistent with safe working practices, including reports.
  • To ensure individual activities are synchronised with those of the wider team and analytical laboratory.
  • To communicate issues effectively and appropriately to ensure timely resolution with all relevant parties whilst maintaining the positive image of Reckitt and the Local Heroes team.
  • Ensuring audit readiness is maintained. Ability to construct/interpret statistical data sets, i.e. for shelf life prediction, Design of experiments.
  • Manage 3rd parties’ analytical activities with preferred suppliers/project managers.
