Job Description Assist the Study Director with all phases of study design, scheduling and conduct. Act proactively to identify problems and potential problems. Assist in writing, reviewing and editing reports, protocols and SOP’s. Training other staff members. Set-up and conduct experiments in accordance with Protocol and SOP's. Efficiently carry out procedures necessary to complete each project with minimal supervision. Accurately prepare all solutions needed for analysis. Meticulously maintain precise records of all experiments in accordance with good laboratory practices. Wash glassware as needed and maintain a clean working environment. Follow all PSL safety requirements. Must be flexible with changing business needs. Ability to safely wear a respirator required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications B.S. degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years) in analytical chemistry is preferred. Computer proficiency and instrumentation and skills are desirable. The individual holding this position must be of highest integrity and have a very strong sense of responsibility and be willing and able to work with little or no supervision. He/she must be mature, willing to learn new skills, well organized, capable of adapting to a broad spectrum of responsibilities and able to maintain meticulous and accurate records. Adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is of utmost importance. Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
