QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GAP/GMP regulations and quality control procedures.

• Conduct chemical analysis and testing on raw materials and formulation products to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for product testing, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory work and results, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to support product development and agricultural processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory safety protocols, adhering to GAP/GMP guidelines.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical testing, minimizing downtime and ensuring accurate results.
• Prepare and review technical reports and documentation, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
