Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform chemical tests and analyses using techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, and chromatography.
  • Prepare reagents, solutions, and chemical samples following standard protocols.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).
  • Record and analyze test results with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow chemical safety procedures and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GLP, cGMP).
  • Assist in developing and validating new testing methods.
  • Troubleshoot instruments and support routine maintenance.
  • Support research teams with chemical data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Prior experience working in an analytical or research chemistry lab is preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytical instrumentation and classical wet chemistry techniques.
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and operate independently when needed.
  • Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
  • Hands-on experience with specialized chemistry equipment, including HPLC, GC, or FTIR, is strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
