JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Certifications/Experience
· B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D in chemistry or related science
· 1+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical laboratories or research is preferred
Knowledge
· Understanding of GMP/GLP requirements
· Background in health and safety in regard to laboratory tests
Instrumentation
· Demonstrated Understanding of chromatography (UPLC, HPLC, GC, TLC) and spectroscopic technologies (UV, IR) and Karl Fisher
Skills/Competencies
· Excellent interpersonal communication
· Ability to work both in a team environment or independently
· Problem solving and logic skills for analytical analysis
· Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

· Follow method procedures to perform laboratory analysis for testing raw materials, in-process sample, and finished products by using general analytical instrument
· Assist in developing, transferring and validating analytical methods
· Perform and document test procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines as well as SOPs
· Report deviation and OOS results and assist with quality investigations
· Support in troubleshooting analytical methods and also instrument performance
· Support other laboratory test activities as assigned
