Job Description 🔬 Laboratory Operations Operate analytical instruments (plate readers, microplate washers, automated workstations) Handle liquid samples with micropipettes Prepare analytical samples and assay reagents per SOPs Perform biological assays (qPCR, ELISAs) Measure protein levels (host cell protein, protein A) in monoclonal antibody samples Assist as secondary operator during assay transfers ⚗️ Analytical Methods Run methods such as HPLC, UPLC, SEC, gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis Conduct total protein and amino acid analyses Manage sample storage and handling 📊 Data & Documentation Analyze data using instrument software and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Independently interpret experimental results Contribute to SOPs, study reports, and protocols Maintain compliant laboratory notebooks 👥 Collaboration & Scheduling Coordinate with scientists to schedule work efficiently 🧰 Supplies & Housekeeping Order and stock lab supplies (reagents, packaging, PPE, cleaning agents) Perform general housekeeping (clean benches, process equipment, wash glassware) Apply lean 5S principles to lab operations Qualifications ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Skilled in protein and macromolecule handling/analysis Proficiency with low-volume liquid handling equipment (e.g., micropipettes) Strong computer literacy; able to quickly learn and adapt to new software ✅ Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field plus 2–3 years industry experience OR Master’s degree with academic research experience Hands-on technical laboratory experience in analytical chemistry (academic, internship, or industrial) Demonstrated HPLC experience Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information What we offer: Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Career Development and continuing education opportunities Position is full-time, 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime required. #LI-EB1 Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
