• Take ownership of data topics, ensuring thorough understanding and alignment with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing in-depth knowledge and recommendations for improvement.
• Data Governance & Quality:
• Develop processes for data quality, consistency, and governance, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation to empower self-service analytics and knowledge sharing.
• Business Enablement:
• Apply business acumen and a commercial mindset to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights.
• Partner with teams to uncover hidden opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive innovation.
• Visualization & Insights:
• Create impactful and visually engaging dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver intuitive visualizations that simplify complex data for decision-making across teams.
• Innovation & Best Practices:
• Continuously explore emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize analytics and engineering processes.
• Apply software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and CI/CD, to analytics code.
