These support services include the testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished polymeric foam products using instrumental, physical and wet chemistry techniques; documenting laboratory work in compliance with regulations; preparing and executing method validation protocols; and preparation of draft documents and technical reports. * Perform routine analysis on raw materials, intermediates and finished products. * Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment (i.e., GC/MS, HPLC, GPC, pH meter). * Prepare standards and sample solutions, mobile phase as required by the test methods. * Assist with training for routine tasks and established methods. * Upkeep and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments. * Participates in method development and validation. * Maintains appropriate documentation (records and lab notebooks). * Complies with all good housekeeping, cGMP and safety requirements, laboratory SOP's and company policies and procedures. * Performs related duties as assigned. * Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications What You’ll Need (Qualifications): * A minimum of Associate degree in science is required, preferably in Chemistry * 5 years experience in an analytical laboratory * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, proportions, and ratios to practical situations.
