Description We are seeking a high-caliber Laboratory Manager to lead our world-class chemical analysis team. Reporting to Corporate Quality Manager, you will oversee 5+ chemists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment specializing in Ni, Co, and Fe-based superalloys. Core Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Drive precision in-process and post-process analysis utilizing OES, Leco Combustion, ICP-MS, and GFAA. Quality & Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to AS9100 and NADCAP accreditation standards, ensuring "audit-ready" operations daily. Operational Excellence: Manage laboratory throughput, equipment calibration, and method validation to support critical production timelines. Requirements Requirements: · Minimum Education Level - BS in Chemistry, Metallurgy or Related Field Proven leadership experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 or NADCAP regulated lab. Experience in the analytical chemistry of high-performance alloys. Strong commitment to data integrity and continuous improvement.
