" Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for preparing necessary documents before experiments, including calculations for working stocks and reagent preparations, data templates, etc. Ensuring the availability of prerequisites (reagents and information) before executing experiments for the smooth execution of the given experiment. Executing experiments with minimized technical errors, according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and development plans in compliance with safety and quality norms. Ensuring the generation of high-quality data and meeting project requirements as defined by the supervisor. Contemporaneous, accurate, legible, attributable, and original data documentation of day-to-day execution. Adhering to the organization's quality management system and ensuring data reproducibility. Identifying and notifying the supervisor of any out-of-trend data and being involved in writing SOP/SDP (Standard Documentation Procedure)/any work instruction documents. Qualifications Educational qualification and work experience Educational qualification: A Graduation or Post Graduation in Science, including Pharma and Technology Minimum work experience: 3 to 8 years of Academic or Industrial experience Skills & attributes Technical Skills Basic understanding of relevant techniques, including cell-based and ligand binding assays. Familiarity with fundamental biotechnology industry practices. Understanding of protein-protein interactions, encompassing principles of ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay), electrophoresis, and western blotting techniques. Knowledge of animal cell culture techniques, including the handling, maintenance, and propagation of cell lines. Behavioural skills Learning orientation, seeking opportunities for personal and professional development. Stakeholder orientation, focusing on understanding and meeting the needs of various stakeholders involved. Ability to build relationships, fostering positive connections with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
