About the role Our R&D department is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an Analytical R&D Scientist The role's main accountabilities will be the following: Performing analyses according to the relevant analytical methods for lab-scale batches, pilot batches, stability studies and deficiency purposes. Performing daily calibration of laboratory equipment (balances, pH meters etc.). Recording the laboratory experimental data to the respective analytical worksheet. Filling in the laboratory instruments logbooks. Development, improvement of analytical methods. Validation, verification and method transfer of analytical methods. Compiling SOPs and implementing c-GMPs. Cleaning the laboratory equipment and laboratory areas according to internal procedures. Maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments when required. Maintaining & updating the respective electronic databases and hardcopy templates relevant to the Analytical laboratory activities. Issuing of Analytical Methods Validation/Verification, Analytical Methods Transfer, Stability Studies and Process Validation Protocols/Reports. Performing the training of the analytical lab personnel. University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or other Health related sciences or Higher National Institution degree from Health related sciences Very good verbal and written English communication skills. Very good knowledge of MS office applications.
