POSITION OVERVIEW

The AMS (Application Management Services) role is crucial for SaaS success, focusing on AI system performance and optimization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, integrating AI solutions, and automating data processes. The role provides international exposure with global FMCG clients and offers career growth opportunities within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

A great candidate will have:

• Bachelor´s / Master´s in Engineering / STEM.
• Proficient in Italian and English.
• Good understanding of coding techniques Python and SQL is a must.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in Data Management, Data Science, Analytics or BI.
• passion for Data Science (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research).

• Manage different set of data and make them fit for our analytics solutions
• Interact with the ticketing system and working on priority basis
• maintain analytics databases and dashboards
• AI model refresh and update
• Connect with Project and Product team and report feedback on the solution for future improvement
• Occasionally participate to Client’s meeting with senior members of the team
• maintain and support live environments to update Kantar Xtel analytics solutions.
