We are looking for an Analytics and Data Science Team Lead to join our Data team and play a key role in impacting business growth through data-driven insights.

THIS ROLE WILL BE A BALANCED MIX OF 50% HANDS-ON AND 50% LEADING A TEAM OF 3.

You’ll have a direct impact on shaping the company’s success by collaborating with key leaders across the organization, supporting, challenging, and guiding various business stakeholders in data-driven decisions that have a direct impact on growth and strategy.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Supporting Starship’s data analytics needs across all functional domains, including insights, decision support, metrics, and reporting
• Collaborating with functional domain leads to ensure the most impactful data opportunities are addressed
• Looking after the well-being, productivity, and professional growth of your direct reports
• Defining ways of working and maintaining standards and quality in the data analytics and data science domains
• Planning for and hiring into the team to ensure the long-term success of the team
