Infosys is seeking an Analytics consultant who is very strong in core python and skilled at Data Structures. Candidate should have strong background in designing and deploying Machine Learning models using Python. Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment on Cloud Platform. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. Ideally the candidate uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must live within commuting distance of Richmond, VA OR Pennington, NJ OR Plano, Tx OR Charlotte, NC OR be willing to relocate. This is an onsite position. Travel within the US may be required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 2 years of experience as Core Python Developer with Data Structures, Stacks, Queues, Linked list OOPS concepts,
• At least 2 years of experience in Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) and their AI services.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing ML, NLP Deep learning models
• At least 2 years of Experience in working With Derivatives and Capital Markets
• Ability to write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.
• Experience in LLM, Generative AI (developing capabilities or Dev/Ops)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Participation experience in code reviews, ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
• Debugging codes when required and troubleshooting any Python-related queries.
• Experience in working with Multi cloud environment such as, GCP, AWS, Azure
• Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Capital Markets
• Experience in the following responsibilities through full time employment history:
• Design, develop and maintain software applications using core Python
• Write clean and efficient and well documented core python code
• Implement data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Utilize strong understanding of data structures (Eg, arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs) and alogorithms (eg, sorting, searching, dynamic programming) to optimize software performance
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability and stability of various system resources
• Optimize existing code for better performance and scalability

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
