Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Analytics Co-ordinator in the Data and Analytics team, you support the team to engage with internal stakeholders and our clients to produce critical and valuable insights. Leveraging VMIA’s unique position as the insurance and risk advisor for the state of Victoria, the Analytics Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the team and VMIA identify opportunities to use data and information to enhance business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to progressively learn with diverse technology platforms, complete administrative analytics tasks and navigate through internal process and enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support our analysts to define and manage business requirements to deliver on agreed insights outputs.
  • Provide support to the team as they build networks with internal and external stakeholders to draw intelligence from united data sources to elevate the value of our insight’s outputs.
  • Undertake data entry, reporting, analysis, and dashboard development to meet insights requirements.
  • Provide support to the team as they build networks with internal and external stakeholders to draw intelligence from united data sources to elevate the value of our insight’s outputs.
  • Support senior members of the team to create partnerships with external agencies to gather data, negotiate data access and provide feedback on joint topics of interest.
