We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analytics Data Sci Leadership Business: Corp & Inst Banking Principal responsibilities Manage the data science chapter for GTS Advanced Analytics, AI and Insights Deliver models and insights for Client profitability, Revenue growth and Operational efficiency across Core trade, Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance and Embedded Finance. Manage a grow an ambitious team of Data Scientists within GTS. Partner with the broader CIB Data & Analytics teams and capabilities to build industry leading analytics tooling. Drive the commericialisation of GTS. Programme manage the GTS D&A Delivery Book of Work including business cases, resourcing and funding, planning, and drive standardisation on delivery process control and ensuring consistent quality of delivery output. Lead the delivery of Data, Analytics and BI solutions via Agile methodology to accomplish measurable outcomes for GTS. Report progress to senior stakeholders and business sponsors by operating and participating in key steering and governance committees. When delivering BI and Analytics solutions, enforce tooling and reporting standards within the team Partner with the CIB Data & Analytics, architecture, technology and Vendor data teams to drive the strategic buildout of high-quality reusable data assets, analytics and BI Influence strategy and shape the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes Drive programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks. Lead definition of staffing, responsibilities and schedules. Establish effective programme controls and procedure Qualifications Agile Methodology, Programme Delivery Agile use case delivery, Change Management. Data Platforms and Data Management Team Management, Senior relationship management. Visualization technologies, Qlik or Tableau preferable Data privacy, model risk management preferable.
