JOB SUMMARY
Utilizes analytics to drive excellent customer experience. Delivers actionable insights to stakeholders through descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Provides complex database analytics and reporting services to clinicians and customers. Oversees data collection from multiple sources, examines data and creates metrics to drive clinical and operational performance improvement. Performs requirements definition, development, testing, research and ad-hoc reporting as requested.
