Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries. We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing data analytics team. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our data culture. Our team has successfully scaled by prioritizing business insights; We are looking for a technical leader to build the robust infrastructure that supports that growth. You will be responsible for reducing technical debt, standardizing our data architecture, and creating automated solutions that empower our client-facing analysts to deliver high-value consultancy at scale. You will oversee the consolidation of diverse data sources to ensure a "single source of truth" across our BI and reporting layers. Requirements You have at least 4 years of experience in fields of data engineering, data analytics or BI engineering You have a proven track record of replacing manual, repetitive data tasks with automated, scalable processes. You have exceptional SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (e.g., Dataform, dbt) and cloud data warehouses (we use mainly BigQuery) You can write clean, maintainable scripts to automate tasks or handle data transformations in Python You’re a team player, ready to support others and ensure deadlines are met. You have proven ability of introducing engineering best practices among data scientists and analysts (version control, modular code, documentation) You know how to design clean, reusable tables (e.g., dbt, Kimball, or Star Schema) that make analysts life easier You are showing the ability to mentor and review the work of business-oriented analysts, translating complex technical concepts into actionable workflows. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to understand the "why" behind the data. You don't just build pipelines; you build solutions that solve specific business problems. You are confident working with large-scale datasets and understand how to optimize query logic, indexes, and joins for performance. You possess strong analytical skills and can break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions. You are eager to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges. Nice to have: Experience with introducing and maintaining data governance practices Domain knowledge in following industries: airlines, transportation, logistics or vacations Experience with automating processes and introducing llm, agents and other practices
