Through close collaboration and cutting-edge technologies, we unlock the full potential of data to drive growth and innovation, while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance. 🎯 Your Mission Model & build: Design, implement, and document data prep, semantic models, KPI logic, and reporting using SQL (Snowflake, dbt), Python, Power BI, Metabase, and Pigment. Enable the business: Run discovery workshops, define objectives & KPIs, design impactful visuals, train users, and support self-service BI adoption. Ship with quality: Break down user stories, estimate, contribute to testing and UAT, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated checks. Raise the bar: Apply software engineering best practices (Git, Clean Code, automated testing, REST APIs) and propose improvements to our data platform, tooling, and ways of working. Performance & reliability: Monitor model and report performance, implement safeguards, and ensure scalable, maintainable assets. 🧠 What You Bring 3+ years in Analytics Engineering / BI Engineering with strong data modeling and SQL skills (dbt experience a plus). Proven end-to-end delivery of BI / analytics products (from discovery to adoption). Ability to translate functional needs into robust, production-grade data solutions. Comfort with engineering practices (Git workflows, testing, code reviews, API basics). Working knowledge of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Docker, IaC/Terraform) and data product deployment. ✨ Who You Are Product-minded problem solver with a craftsman’s focus on quality and performance.
