JOB SUMMARY

Compass Digital is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of 6+ analytics engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team’s development and growth, driving technical problem-solving, and enhancing team processes to ensure efficient project execution and data reliability. Strong expertise in dbt and SQL is essential, with knowledge of Airflow and Python considered a plus.

• Strong experience with dbt and SQL.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering both technical skills and professional growth.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to support a team in completing projects effectively.
• Experience with Airflow and Python.
• Prior experience in maturing team processes related to incident management and documentation practices.
