About the Role The Analytics & Insights Lead is an integral member of the Client Strategy team. This role is dedicated to establishing frameworks for data analytics and analysis that is accurate, contextually grounded, and actionable. And to transform raw data, reports, and operational inputs into structured, meaningful insights. The insights developed will support the creation of intellectual property and business intelligence initiatives, and to articulate the significance of findings and the implications for clients. As ICP shifts towards an integrated, insight-driven partnership model, the Analytics & Insights Lead’s contributions are essential for: · Elevating reporting from basic outputs to compelling, insight-driven storytelling. · Identifying patterns and opportunities both within client environments and across the broader client base. · Analysing client learnings to inform best practices, frameworks, and future service offerings. · Recognizing and defining data collection needs and appropriate formats. · Collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to reveal trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. · Developing reports and dashboards in collaboration with ICP Technology and Innovation team. · Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, thereby influencing strategy and performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: Foundational analytics architecture Defining what data should exist Establishing KPIs and benchmark frameworks Shaping how analysis is structured, repeatable, and comparable Determining collection formats, governance, and quality standards Insight translation + strategic interpretation Move reporting from “outputs” to insight-led storytelling Interpret patterns across multiple clients, not just single engagements Inform best practices, IP, and future service offerings Client-facing Influence Communicates directly with Consultants, Client Partners, Delivery Influences client decision-making Helps ICP articulate why findings matter, not just what they are Ideal Candidate Profile · Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the capability to organize and interpret data using statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. · Exhibits critical thinking, effective problem-solving abilities, and sound business acumen. · Communicates clearly in written, verbal, and visual formats. Curious, proactive, and eager to understand both data and business context. · Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional environments. · Skilled at crafting compelling value narratives and presenting to both internal and client stakeholders. · Brings experience within content operations, marketing operations, or related marketing services environments, enabling them to quickly understand ICP’s client workflows, data ecosystems, and operational models. · Understands the nuances of content supply chains, omnichannel marketing delivery, and operational performance metrics, allowing them to contextualize insights in ways that are directly meaningful to ICP and its clients. · Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and attention to detail. · Has experience developing benchmark frameworks.
