WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Analytics Lead - Enablement, you will champion the strategic use of data across the organization, driving insights, innovation, and measurable impact. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance data capabilities, governance, and product development, while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. This is your opportunity to grow at the intersection of Data, Digital, Product, Technology, and human behavioral change—playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading digital marketplace.

  • Define and evolve analytical approaches to drive insights into customer behaviour and product performance on our digital platforms while nurturing commercial partnerships and recognising commercial impact.
  • Oversee the creation and lifecycle of end-to-end data products and solutions taking into account market opportunities and business impact
  • Drive data governance and data platform strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in data collection, usage, and application across teams and products.
  • Translate medium-term plans into quarterly OKRs for execution by smaller teams.
  • Partner across departments to align data initiatives with business goals and provide analytical leadership.
