• Strategic Direction – Own and evolve the analytics roadmap and platforms. Proactively manage risks and contribute insights to strategic IT&S initiatives using data-driven analysis.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with business units and functional teams to understand needs, agree on priorities, and align team efforts with real-world outcomes.
• Solution Delivery – Help the team design practical, innovative solutions using current technologies and methods. Guide solution design reviews and encourage creative problem-solving.
• Standard Setting – Champion best practices and develop standards that support robust and scalable analytics solutions.
• Operational Management – Build governance and operational processes that ensure analytics services are reliable, secure, and ready for production.
• Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and support a capable team of professionals. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Vendor Management – Manage relationships with external partners to deliver value and performance.
